The Jaycees play an important role in the festival.  We are part of the Blaine's Blazin' 4th committee, so we are involved with the planning and organization of the festival.  We also run the beer garden and some of the food concessions.  If you would like to help out with the festival in any way, just contact us.

The main attractions of the festival will be  the parade on Saturday at Noon, free outdoor concerts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and a sensational fireworks show at the National Sports Center on July 4th.
